IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT ANY OF THESE TERMS OR CONDITIONS, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY DISCONTINUE YOUR ACCESS TO THIS WEBSITE.
We reserve the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in the Terms or any policy or guideline of the Sites, at any time and at our sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting of the revisions on the Sites, and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications. Your continued use of these Sites following the posting of changes or modifications will confirm your acceptance of such changes or modifications.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Nothing herein shall be construed as a representation by Nytelock that the information and materials contained in or accessed through this website are appropriate for use in geographic areas or jurisdictions other than Singapore. By accessing this website, you agree that such access and/or use, as well as these Terms and Conditions of Access shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Singapore.
Pricing
Buyer agrees to pay the Prices of the Goods or Services as posted on our agreements and will be considered fully signed once payment has been processed. All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD). An additional round of revisions is chargeable at $75/hour and is at Nytelock Digital’s sole discretion.
Cancellation of Services
Nytelock Digital will provide a refund, under certain conditions, to the Buyer if initial drafts or reports are unsatisfactory AND Buyer wishes to disengage. Once additional work has been made thereafter, our money-back guarantee will be voided. A full refund can only be issued within 14 days after the invoice date, after which, our money-back guarantee will be voided. A partial refund, if applicable, will be at the sole discretion of the Seller. Final goods and services sold are neither returnable nor refundable.
Terms of Payment
Buyer agrees to adhere to the terms reflected on the invoice unless otherwise approved in writing by Seller. Late payment charges shall apply at a minimum of 5% of the outstanding amount per week.
Delivery of Goods & Services
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivery shall be made in accordance with Seller’s policy in effect on the date of order confirmation. Delivery dates provided by Seller are estimates only. Seller will make reasonable efforts to deliver in accordance with such dates; however, Seller will not be liable for delays in delivery. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by Seller, Goods shall be packaged according to Seller`s standards.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Nytelock Digital, its independent contractors, service providers, consultants and joint committee members, and their respective directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to (a) any User Content you post, store or otherwise transmit on or through the Sites, (b) any act or omission relating to the Sites or the User Content, including without limitation any actual or threatened suit, demand or claim made against Nytelock Digital and/or its independent contractors, service providers, joint committee members, employees, directors or consultants, arising out of or relating to the User Content, (c) your conduct as a Volunteer or your interactions with any Organizations, including any legal services or advice or other services you provide to individuals or organizations you are connected with through the Site; (d) your conduct as an Organization or your interactions with any Volunteers, including anything arising from a Volunteer providing services to or otherwise interacting with your Organization; (d) your violation of these Terms, or (e) your violation of the rights of any third party.
General Information
The TOS constitutes the entire agreement between Seller and Buyer, and governs Buyer`s engagement of Seller`s Service, superseding any prior understandings, statements, representations and agreements between Buyer and Seller with respect to the Service.
Disclaimer
The information and materials contained in or accessed through this website are provided and updated to the best of the administrator’s knowledge and you should contact our Management Consultants for further professional advice/verifications should you need further clarifications on our services.
